Where it All Started:

JAR Hospitality group was born from two decades on the front lines of hospitality and property operations.  My path took me through luxury hotels, and casinos, upscale vacation homes and tech startups, where I learned how to scale service without losing the human touch.

I've led teams in commercial building operations and worked with the  family offices of high net worth families , refining the systems and standards that support truly exceptional experiences . JAR Hospitality Group was founded by Julio A. Rodriguez, a hospitality professional with over 20 years of hands-on leadership experience across luxury hotels, private estates, corporate workplaces, and high-growth service organizations. Raised by working-class parents, Julio developed an early appreciation for hard work, humility, and the importance of showing up every day with integrity and values that continue to shape his approach to hospitality.

Julio’s career has evolved from leading large-scale resort operations and complex multi-site portfolios to stewarding some of the most significant and high-profile private residences in the tri-state area. Most recently, he managed the daily operations of a landmark estate in Greenwich, Connecticut, several iconic private estates in New Jersey, an exclusive, newly renovated vacation residence in Bridgehampton, New York, and a private penthouse residence within New York City’s Central Park Tower. His expertise lies in building elite teams, implementing highly reliable systems, and delivering discreet, white-glove service in environments where standards are uncompromising and every detail carries weight. At the core of JAR Hospitality Group is the belief that exceptional hospitality is built on trust, enduring relationships, and a relentless commitment to exceed expectations at every level.
